Encouragement
True encouragement involves more than mere words, it calls for actions that communicate acceptance of others and being involved with others.Encouragement means taking time to be involved in what is important to others and encouraging them in their activity or circumstances, though you may be irritated sometimes but encouraging other towards their goal of exellence will not be frown upon.
